Perak The Spring Man Of Prague

Perak The Spring Man Of Prague, a.k.a. 'The Springer', was a legendary phantom reportedly active in Czechoslovakia during WWII. The being appears remarkably similar to the infamous Spring-Heeled Jack.

Appearance: A man said to have springs attached to his feet which allowed him to leap remarkable distances.

Lore: Like the more famous Spring Heeled-Jack, Perak delighted in scaring people. Another phantom was active at the time of Perak, a phantom reported to have razor blades attached to his fingers, hence his subsequent title, 'The Razor Blade Man'. This phantom may or may not be the same as Perak.
