I came upon this years back and I guess it's finally time for me to inform people. When it comes to spiritual oils, or should I clarify the names of them, different folk use different names for the exact same type of oil. For example, Uncrossing, Blockbuster, Cleansing, and Jinx Removing, are all different names for oils that do the exact same thing. I think most workers know this. The same goes with Holy oil. One of the names used for Holy oil is Exodus oil. The oil gets it's name because the recipe for it's creation is found in Exodus 30:23-25.
Now, the funny thing is that with time certain things tend to be forgotten. For example, here is a bottle of Exodus oil from Anna Riva.

Note how it is supposedly used to move or banish someone. So the actual meaning of Exodus oil, as being the same as Holy oil, has been changed to it being a banishing oil. In fact, I would suspect this came about because of the meaning of Exodus and the story of the Hebrews leaving Egypt. It makes sense that people would think along those lines. However, Exodus oil is in fact just another name for Holy oil. Just thought I would pass this on.

I've seen you say that uncrossing and cleansing is the same thing, and I wonder why some divide the uncrossing and cleansing as two different things. Have seen many offering, for example, a cleaning bath and another for uncross.
@ geomante,
I think it's because of different traditions as well as the fact that in the past different smaller comapanies made their own oils and named them themself.
So one shop or company may make what they cale "Jinx Removing". Another company may make "Uncrossing". Another company may make "Blockbuster" or "Cleansing". Though the oils all have different names they are all for the same purpose.
Also, don't get me wrong. The ingredients may also differ. It's just that the purpose is the same.
thanks Doc!
Is it possible that the interpretation be different?
I say, cleansing = camphor but not uncross, ie, does not remove a magical attack, only removes negative energy, generally speaking.
For example, in the book of Cat Ironwood sees it that way, camphor clean but does not remove witchcraft.
@ geomante,
No cleansing is the same thing as uncrossing. You can use camphor to cleanse and uncross as they are the same thing. You can also use it for protection.
thanks again Doc!
thanks agian Doc!
