Bluestone Betty, a.k.a. Elizabeth Cox, is a ghost that allegedly haunts the location of Pioneer's Cemetery and Bluestone Corner, on Pine Mountain Road in Ipswich, Queensland, Australia.
Appearance: A woman
Lore: Elizabeth Cox passed away at the age of 76-years old in 1883. She was the first person buried in the cemetery. In legend, the first person buried in a cemetery becomes a guardian figure for the cemetery. True to tradition, shortly after her death people began reporting sightings of a spectral female in the area.
Powers: Unknown, possibly supernatural.
Defense Against Bluestone Betty: Show the utmost respect for the cemetery and you should be fine. Bluestone Betty is a protective spirit.

That should be in Pine Mountain, Ipswich, Queensland, Australia. I grew up in Pine Mountain. I actually heard about Bluestone Betty as a kid, but in the stories I heard she was riding a black horse, and it was bad luck to see her.
