The book is, The Book Of Magical Talismans by Elbee Wright.
This is a booklet with only 39 pages. In it's pages are various seals, talismans, images and their meanings. The only good thing about the book is that it contains passages from the Black Pullet, the famous grimoire. Collectors of the occult may have an interest in this piece but beginners looking for a more useful resource will probably dislike this book.
On a scale of 1 to 10, with 1 being the lowest and 10 being the highest, I give it a 2.
