Santeria Animal Sacrifice Remains Found Outside Of Tampa Jail

Sometime this morning someone left a box containing the remnants of animal sacrifices outside of a Tampa, FL, jail. It is believed the remains are from a practitioner of Santeria.

Note: From my knowledge of magical practice, the sacrifices were done to get someone out of jail, possibly to put someone in jail, but I lean toward it being to get someone out of jail. Due to the area I would indeed suspect it was related to Santeria.
