Pastor Mark Driscoll claims yoga is evil. He might actually have a point, but I'm not so sure if yoga is evil. The practice of yoga is both a spiritual and physical exercise. Pastor Driscoll would argue that yoga cannot be separated from it's pagan origins. So yoga is not Christian but there is no evidence to suggest that the practice is evil.

Interestingly, Pastor Driscoll is no stranger to controversy. I won't go into that, but would recommend people check out his videos on YouTube.
