The Lady of the Lake is the reported ghost of a woman who drowned at White Rock lake near Dallas, TX, due to a car crash sometime in the 1950s. The legend of the lady of the lake dates back to circa 1953.

Lore: According to local legend, the phantom appears on the side of the road near the lake and asks drivers who stop their cars for a ride to the home she seemingly lived in while alive.
